On September 21, 2023 ,the Deputy Chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party - Head of the Central Office Tahir Budagov held a symposium to summarize the New Azerbaijan Party delegation's visit to the People’s Republic of China. More than 50 people including Ambassador Guo Min, the head of  the New Azerbaijan Party delegation Ziyafat Askerov, all members of the delegation   and representatives from the Central Office of the New Azerbaijan Party participated.  

In his speech, Tahir Budagov said that by the invitation of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the New Azerbaijan Party delegation of 19 members paid a visit to China from 11 to 19 September, 2023. They participated in the international inter-party conference on "Stories of the CPC: Qinghai’s Achievements in Practicing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era” and visited Urumqi, Xining, Beijing, Qingdao and other places of China. The trip was thoroughly-planned, well-organized, and with great achievements. All members of the delegation are left with an unforgetable impression and learned a lot from it.  Expressing gratitude to China for its hospitality and friendly reception, the New Azerbaijan Party looks forward to enhancing top-level dialogues and Institutionalized exchanges with the Communist Party of China, deepening practical cooperation in various fields, and laying a solid political foundation for the development of bilateral relations.

Ambassador Guo Min emphasized that under the strategic leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping and President Ilham Aliyev, the friendly relations between the two parties and the two countries are currently at their zenith in history. The Communist Party of China attaches great importance to maintaining friendly relations with the New Azerbaijan Party , deepening inter-party exchanges by jointly implementing the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, in particular, encouraging young cadres of the two parties to strengthen exchanges and learn from each other in order to cultivate reserve forces for lasting friendship between the two parties and two countries.

Members of the delegation expressed that through this visit to China, they witnessed with their own eyes the great achievements made by the Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, enhanced their understanding of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and personally experienced the prosperity and well-being of the Chinese people, which had been very impressive.  In the future, this visit will be used  as an opportunity to introduce China to all walks of life in Azerbaijan and all members will work hard to contribute to the development of relations between the two parties and the two countries.
